Or rather, I can activate it and save the change, but when I refresh the page I find the setting deactivated and in the checkout I never see the possibility of paying by credit card.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] The order does not contain the intentI managed to activate the sandbox by disabling and re-enabling paypal as a payment method, now inl checkout I can continue with the “payment”. The problem now is that when I try to make the payment with the sandbox account it doesn’t recognize the card to simulate the purchase (I attach screenshot). Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to log in with some particular account instead of selecting “pay by card”?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] The order does not contain the intentI am sending you screenshots of the PayPal settings, as you can see the PayPal payment methods are active and the smart buttons are enabled for the Express Checkout page. However, I noticed that the smart button preview doesn’t show anything, could this be a sign that something isn’t working properly?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] The order does not contain the intentI successfully activated the sandbox account but when I try to make a test purchase, the checkout page tells me that there are no payment methods available. I am attaching screenshots of both the checkout page and the PayPal settings so you can confirm that you have configured everything correctly

Unfortunately the PayPal account is not mine but belongs to a customer for whom we created the website and therefore I do not have direct access to the PayPal account

I logged in with a “customer” account and in both the normal and incognito browsers the credit card fields are loaded correctly
