Yes, I deactivated the free version. I also installed the Premium one on a completely separate WordPress install (same WP version) and got the same results.

I don’t get an error message, just no option to import users. The message I get shows the number of pages (or posts) and 0 users imported. I do not need to import media.

It also won’t connect to a Joomla 1.7 database. Works with Joomla 1.5 fantastic, just not for 1.7. I get a database connection error when trying to connect to Joomla 1.7. I have double, triple and quadruple checked the settings. DB name, user name, password, host, etc are all correct. It is version 1.7.3, does that make a difference?

I will send this information to the support email I got and provide details of the error and the steps I took to use the plugin.
