Thanks for 3.4.2 — after upgrading and flushing the cache, it looks like it’s working again. (Just in case it matters, my database prefix isn’t wp_ so perhaps that was the problem in my case.) Good work!
Same here — custom template, self-hosted WordPress installation, upgraded WP to 3.3, upgraded YARPP to 3.4.1, then related posts disappeared (as in: whereas with previous versions I had plenty of matches, now I have none — 900+ posts). I’m also running qTranslate, with content in English and Japanese.

Just to chip in here: the 2.0.2 update worked for me. Stats are now displaying again on the dashboard and posts pages. Thanks!
(CSD_Images: Sorry for butting in on your thread.)Looks like I’m having the same problem. After the 3.1 update, Google Analytics Dashboard throws up the index page of my site instead of the stats. It seems to be taking the Google account name for a URL. This happens on the dashboard and the posts page graphs. Tried downgrading to 2.0.0, but no luck. Also tried ‘forgetting’ the settings and re-establishing the connection with Google, but that didn’t work either.
I’m using my own custom theme, and also Google Analycator.
