And the box has gone missing now in Chrome. It works when I deactivate and activate it back. Then it disappears again.

Pardon my ignorance, (am pretty clueless with amending files etc), I can’t seem to find the post-widget.php file! Where can I find it? I’ve been doing a search and still can’t find it.Appreciate your spending time on this.

Are you using the older version of the Contact Form? I had this problem as well, but it went away after I upgraded to the latest version of the Contact Form.
