Thanks so much for your response. It turns out there was a plugin that was installed that was removing that stuff like you said. The offending plugin was called WooCommerce Product Archive Customiser. Turned it off and everything works as it should!

I’m having an issue with Coupons too…when I go to edit a coupon under Usage Restriction I’m not getting anything for Products, Exclude Products, Categories, or Exclude Categories. Everything is coming up blank and there is no way to edit these fields.
Yep, that was the problem… the admin wasn’t loading under https. I downloaded the plugin WordPress HTTPS (SSL) and forced the admin to load secure. Then re-uploaded the images and it worked.
