I’m having a similar issue, but my orders are tagged as “abandoned” instead of “abandoned but new cart created.” I had tested my cart by making a purchase with two different email accounts. I added the product to my cart and checked out immediately. Both email addresses received abandoned cart emails 1 hour after purchase. The carts should not have been considered abandoned. My abandoned cart plugin settings are configured to consider the cart abandoned after 15 minutes.

In reply to: [Wistia WordPress Plugin] Not workingI’m having this issue also, but I’ve discovered that if I can keep the embed code on one line without it breaking, and if I can keep my div tag from moving up to embed code line it will work. The WordPress text editor seems to randomly decide whether it will let it work or if it changes all my line breaks.
At the moment, I can’t get the line breaks stay, but it was working earlier today. Frustrating!

However, this evening the Page Builder seems to be working again so I can rebuild my page, except that none of my html will work properly. It’s like the tags are being ignored, but only some of them…
Sometimes it adds an rn to the ends of the lines when I save. If I remove all the line breaks the “rn”‘s don’t appear, but the code still is not working. It makes me wonder if there are “rn”‘s in the code I can’t see causing the problems?
I have a copy of this page (with a few small differences) that I haven’t made any changes to on the same site, and it is working, so I know it’s not a problem with my html code.
