I appear to have successfully uninstalled multisite and the plugin has now activated.

I think it must be the multisite issue as I have ruled out the other two. I don’t remember installing as a multisite but that is not to say I didn’t. Tech support suggested I uninstall multisote but I think this is a bit tricky for a novice. Is there another way?
How do I “activate the plugin individually for each blog”?
