Sorry, figured it out myself.
For those of you wondering, in the theme customization menu, go to Header > Layout, and check the box that says “Show social icons in Header Bar.”
That would be very helpful for a lot of users, I think.
I did find a hack around the issue. I put an HTML link back to the original URL in the form confirmation page. But it’s an ugly solution, since it has to be in http:// notation and Google goes to a white “redirecting” page.
