Well, someone bought a mug. The printful site had it listed “from $8.95”
When I to a mock up it said $12+
sold it for $18
The shipping was NOT calculated for the customer, so they paid $18 and no shipping. So, the order gets paid for by me WITH shipping and I lost more than $1 🙁
Oh my goodness. That worked! Thank you so much for the quick response. I actually am brand new to this- got my first order and paid over a dollar for the item instead of making money!! Ha ha. Growing pains?!?

Mine isn’t working but I get the message :” There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
