After updating to WordPress 6.9, the block image background stopped appearing on the frontend. The background still shows correctly in the editor, but it’s missing on the live site. I tested by rolling back to WordPress 6.8.3, and the block image background displays normally again. This suggests the issue is specifically related to the 6.9 update.
