Three weeks after the support team contacted me and resolved the issue, the site is once again in safe mode. I have not cloned the site or changed the url. Would the support team please answer the emails that I have been sending. I paid for the template which according to the template site includes support.

Thank you…as a noob I did not know what was displayed was a short code. I found a link to a plugin Short Code Cleaner Lite. Do you think this is a good option. I do understand I am asking for an option.
