You can manage and disable the StickyBar from the StickyBar Settings found in the Manage menu of your Chatnox account.

Can you please elaborate the sequence of events and also some screenshots to [email protected]
The plugin plays no role whatsoever in making your WordPress site live as its a small 4 line javascript thats appended into the header to load asynchronously.
However, we can investigate this from our ends too if you could elaborate about this and also email us your registered email address and the website in question.

Sorry to see that you had a difficulty logging in. We haven’t received any such issues till date and I’m hoping what you faced was a rare scenario.
While we can investigate what might have triggered it, we are not seeing any such problems now.
