How do I figure out who my web host provider is?
Thanks for the response. I basically don’t understand anything you said, so I’ll ask some clarifying questions.
- Every account that previously had admin access has lost it. Do you know what would cause all users with admin access to lose access?
- I don’t think anyone uses multisite as none of us have any other website. phpMyAdmin: how would I find access to this? (total website noob)
- I don’t even know who my hosting provider is.

Thank you for your response and help. Yes, we have 250 subscribers and are using an SMTP to send out the posts. We will look into seeing if there is a way to get better communication between them.
