In reply to: Importing troublesI guess as added info, I trimmed down the xml export into separate posts and comments files, hoping perhaps those would import via the rss import function. It said it was successful and told me happy blogging, but I have posts to show for it.

In reply to: auto-generated password from install does not workI’ve tried that already (what I was referring to when saying I generated a new md5-encoded password and placed it manually into the database). I even tried the method in the link you just posted, and that still does not work.
