If someone else is having this issue, take a look at this page.
To fix the error, you have to change the authorization keys in your wp-config.php. Using the given adress at the top of the four keys (https://api.ww.wp.xz.cn/secret-key/1.1/salt/) of your wp-config file, you can create 4 new random keys.
After updating the file, you’ll be logged out. Log again and try to activate the plugin again.
At least, it worked for me, hope it works for others too.
Same problem here, after activating the plugin I can’t access admin panel anymore.
Have asked support at the plugin site but no answer.

I have some questions:
As I’m not an expert in coding and in the example there are two versions of the code, which one should I use?
Do the examples replace all the original code or only a portion of the code?Same here.
I’ve tried to add a new noise word list in spanish but when I save the options a message says: “The noise words you entered are in an invalid format.”

I removed the ? at the start of the file single.php
For the ajaxtranslation.php file, I downloaded the zip file, unzipped and uploaded that php file to my site.
Using ie8, firefox and opera, I see the very same issues, the [Translate] link in each of the excerpts and the pup up window opening in the upper left corner and not under the [Translate] link.
Any ideas what could it be??

Sorry for opening again this thread but since I upgraded to version 0.4.9 the plugin won’t work any more.
