i have create a simple form with 2 pages a 2 text box. 

i have create a simple elementor popup and insert the shortcode in the popup

i have create a page with 3 buttons with my 3 popup with forms to try them.

You can check that in this simple form the button for next page is duplicate too and pagination in top of the form.

Thansk!!! that was the problem. I have disable Fast Velocity plugin and everything works correctly.

I will look for another plugin.
