I didn’t move, copy or directly modify anything. There are several copies, because i have many site file backups via ftp from various dates on my computer. I just used WordPress CMS buttons and ftp to download backup files:
– I simply used a back up plugin to a make a full back up of the database and files. Then I did a manual backup via ftp to my computer. Then I clicked upgrade.
So you recommend that I delete this file from the server?: /home/public_html/wp-content/themes/gather/woocommerce/order/order-details.php
Do you mean that the WooCommerce plugin will default to the previous version instead of it’s current 2.0.1 version?

No I didn’t. I just did a backup, and clicked upgrade WooCommerce. (and the nightmare began..) I did a search and found several copies of that file. Should it be manually moved over to the server? I’m not really clear on how to handle that and file naming (there would then be two versions), etc.
