I have installed the plugin several weeks ago, and these reviews have not come in even once (I tried manual refreshes too, to the same effect), so it does seem to be a somewhat systemic issue. It would indeed be great if you could take a look at what is going on. I will send you the links to you @efficientwp.com email.

My understanding is that the translation resources you linked to above apply to the plugin interface only. Correct me if I am wrong.
