Hi Ankit, I tried downloading the plugin but it’s not working.

I see your previous reply was “deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, WooCommerce Simply Order Export and switch to default theme and check if it is working”

May i know how do i switch the default theme?

One more thing, my website is actually mobile optimised but once i added the form it’s misaligned.

Thanks Scott! Managed to install the pre requisite plug in already.

By the way, can the form capture a field for “no. of tickets” then multiply the total amount for payment in Paypal?
