Log into your admin dashboard and follow these steps:
1. Settings
2. Discussions
3. Uncheck “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
4. Save

Thank you very much. It was actually clashing with AO. So, I disabled the HTML caching in AO and enabled the minify in w3 total cache. The comment field. Is now showing.Thanks very much
