Mines doing the same thing; It looks very similar to the lightbox issue woo commerce had after the recent upgrade; I did the fix for woo commerce itself and that fixed the main product pages, but the quick view modals are still opening the file directly; I’d bet anything its the same issue, just not sure how to fix it as the coding for the plugin has less documentation and I’m not that familiar with it; I’m hoping my comment will help your post gain some attention so we can both get it fixed.
which plugin caused the issue? my site just did the same after upgrading to PHP 7.1 from PHP 7.0

NM I found it, I had a bad call in function.php in my theme; problems fixed
