In reply to: [Pinnacle] Profile PhotoHi @plaidside,
Thanks for writing in.
At the moment, the theme only supports displaying the page title and subtitle by default — it doesn’t allow adding a profile photo in that area.
As a workaround, I recommend disabling the default page title and removing the subtitle. You can then recreate them directly within the page content using blocks. This gives you full control to add an image block (for your profile photo), followed by a heading block (for the page title) and paragraph blocks (for the subtitle and content). This also allows you to style the image — including making it circular and adjusting its size — just the way you want.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

ChitoHi there,
Thanks for using our plugin.
In your WP Dashboard, navigate to WooCommerce > Status and scroll down to template overrides. You’ll see what overrides the templates, you may want to remove them if you want the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin to control the templates.
Another possible cause could be caching on your website or a conflict with another plugin.
Please clear all the caches on your website and server and deactivate all the plugins temporarily except WooCommerce and our plugin.
Please let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [Kadence] Duplicate woocommerce store noticeHi there,
Thanks for reporting this.
I was able to reproduce the issue on my site. Rolling back the Kadence theme didn’t fix it, but reverting WooCommerce to version 9.8.5 did resolve the problem.
I’ve reported this to the development team to check further. In the meantime, please consider using hang over top or bottom store notice placement.
We’ll keep you posted.

In reply to: [Kadence] Error loading size chart in the backendHi @freddyeee,
I’m using the latest version of the Shop Kit plugin but didn’t encounter the issue you’ve mentioned. Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/Jru5d9w4
Do you see any console error on the page?

ChitoHi there,
Thanks for writing in.
You can add an HTML anchor (e.g., anchor-lorem) to a block and use it as the button link (#anchor-lorem). Here’s a quick video: https://share.zight.com/wbuB4ZLZ
If you’re also using the Kadence theme, you can enable the “Enable Scroll To ID” option in Customizer > General > Performance for smooth scrolling.

In reply to: [Kadence] theme.json in 1.2.0Apologies for the lack of documentation regarding this change.
Before the update, there were missing options in the Gutenberg Group block when using the Kadence theme. Adding the theme.json file adds support to core blocks (changes to group block markup).
You can turn on/off this in Customizer > General > Performance > Enable Optimized Group Block.
It’s safe to enable this option, and it does not need a child theme.
Please let us know how we can assist further.

ChitoHi @ishant01,
Thanks for writing in.
When WordPress updates a plugin, it unzips the zip file and copies the files. If that fails part way through, it’s almost always due to lack of available disk space on your hosting account or permission issue.
Kindly reach out to your host to check these for you.
Let us know how it goes.

ChitoHi @quantum_leap,
Thanks for writing in.
Does the issue happen when you insert a pattern (formerly known as Reusable block) to the editor?
What block are you using? Can you also tell us the versions of the GP theme and Kadence Blocks plugin you’re using?
Thanks,
ChitoHi @asocialnomad,
Thanks for the screenshot.
If you have website cache, please clear it after updating a plugin or theme.
If you’re still having an issue, please do the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article to rule out the usual causes: https://www.kadencewp.com/how-to-troubleshoot-your-website/
Please let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [Kadence Blocks — Page Builder Toolkit for Gutenberg Editor] kadence tabHi @davidecupio24,
Thanks for the link.
There’s a console error pointing to the cached version of the Tabs block script file: https://essegiautomation.com/wp-content/cache/wpo-minify/1707300897/assets/wpo-minify-footer-kadence-blocks-tabs3.2.21.min.js

Please clear the website cache and if the issue persists, try deactivating the caching plugin temporarily. If it resolves the issue, reactivate the plugin, go to the optimization settings and deactivate them one by one to know which one is causing it. I suggest you go first to the settings related to JavaScipt (JS).

ChitoHi @nishimotoson23,
Are you referring to the Gutenberg Heading or Kadence Text (Adv) block? Can you please send a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
In the meantime, please clear the website and server caches.
