The function of Changing the line by Enter key doesn’t work in order massage.
For example, I type in ‘abcde’, ‘fghij’ and press enter key to distinguish the paragraph between them. Then, Changing line looks like working well in input textarea. But it’s not apply to result.abcde

It’s no problem when giving the english alphabet of the korean language in the refund reasons.
But I want Hangul(Korean alphabet) itself to be able to write in the input column.
‘It doesn’t fit my needs’ -> ‘내 필요에 맞지 않아’
My cutomers don’t want to write the English alphabet of Hangul like ‘nae pil-yoe maj-ji anh-a’. Besides, they don’t know how to write it(from English alphabet to Hangul).In addition, It didn’t work when I entered only numbers like ‘123’ without the English alphabet.
