Can you refer to the support ticket and answer my request please?
Looking to see if you can email ove rthe plugins until this issue is resolved
I have already rasied a ticket (#13123) 4 days ago and still waiting for a reply
Please go to WP event manager- My Account>> Downloads and License, here you should be able to download the Addons.
This page only has one button that says manage, once clicked it takes me to subscription page. There is no button to download any addons
