    Thank you for the record.

    First of all, answering customer questions is not just answering once and then disappearing, is making them could solve the problem. In the BuddyPress add-on question, you can see that when I ask a question, they just answer: “The issue will be fixed in the next version.” Now everyone You can see who is right and who is wrong, and it doesn’t solve my problem at all. I asked when it will be updated, and there is no reply. Then what do I do? Bought an Add-on that doesn’t work at all?

    Believe me, I’m just a customer who buys plugins, I’m not your marketing director or anyone who is responsible for your plugins, don’t put your thoughts on me, I just express the feeling when i buying plugins and after-sales service, it’s very simple.

    i am using few add-on and none of them are working well. The most worst part is when i ask how to solve the plugin problem (the add-on is completely not working ), your customer support told me “This issue will fix it in the next update”. Which mean you are selling some add-on is completely unusable for customer, you knew it but still selling it.

    I think it is fair to leave a review for public, especially my question on your support forum delay so long, but reply me here for just 2 hours 🙂
