Not sure how but it is working now. I had two files in the download and removed one. Now I have file downloads working.
I’ll see how it goes with customers!!!

I thought I had replied and I didn’t see any further reply from you.
I have read the docs but I have done all that is there. I still get the following message and cannot download the file despite no limits being set.

Yes it is set as virtual downloadable. Without coupon it downloads as expected.
