Thank you for the quick reply on this. It’s very strange: we are not seeing any errors – either in WC logs or the server/php logs and not seeing any failed requests in the web server logs.
Morevoer this behavior only happens intermittently and therefore is not reproducible.
I will change the time limit and see if this fixes the problem. Thanks!
Actually this is not resolved, and I would like to provide some more information when I have it in the hope that that might be useful to others!
