I can’t get update to work.
I don’t know how to make a backup…or actual steps needed other than that listed in your how to on backup which is rather complex to say the least.
I haven’t used ftp before.
I did download wordpress496.zip and unzipped it but found no way I could use to get it to install using it. Or find the files that it is failing to update due to protection issues.
I’m confused to say the least.
I keep getting emails saying that it failed to install a more recent version of wordpress…daily. And wordpress when logged in says to update now! And it failed to update. But no info on how…! 🙁
