I have been able to decrypt the $o= part and this is appears to be perfectly legitimate. From the website and blog of the developer it seems genuine but you never know..
It seems that the base64 part has been encrypted many times and I am struggling to decode it. I tried print instead of eval but this just gave me more output and I was then stuck.
