Thanks for your quick and friendly response, regarding the payment I was talking about payment options where the money is not immediately drawn (credit cards), but about those where it takes time for the money to arrive (Banktransfer, Payment in advance) so the order status has to be set to completed manually. So I think it might be a nice feature to have the option for sending the ticket with a condition for which order status it should be sent.
