It does work on a stripped down base version of WordPress with default theme so it does appear to be either a theme or plugin conflict. Thanks.

In reply to: [Podcast Importer SecondLine] Cookie Check FailedGreat. That’s the message it is displaying. It had been working perfectly but now no longer works after the last update. I’ve used it on a few sites and it is no longer working on any of them.
Ran into the same issue and wanted to confirm that the fix described above works.
If that doesn’t work, it indicates that your server config needs to increase the max_input_vars variable to something higher like 999999
