Unfortunately I do not agree with you.
Amazon says they accept the decimal places of the used currency which is Euro with 2 digital places. In my opinion it has to be the work of the interface to deliver valid values and the interface in this case is the amazon pay plugin between Woocommerce and Amazon. The interface has to prepare the passed valued so they fit the needs. So this is problem is long way away from beeing fixed.

When you pass the responsibility to Amazon, you make your plugin completely useless for all professional users with a professional backend like an ERP system (and almost all of them work with 4 decimal places due to rounding issues).

    Hi Christian,

    thanks for your answer.
I’ll contact them but I wonder why this is possible with other Amazon Pay Plugins like the one from ELEX.

Is there no way to round the value correctly in the plugin before passing it to AMZ?

    Regards,
    René

Same here. For more than a week now no amazon pay payment possible.
We are using 2.0.3 and error is the same: “There was an error while processing your payment. Your payment method was not charged. Please try again. If the error persist, please contact us about your order.”
    Please fix asap.
    Thanks.

[EDIT] we don’t use the iframe login but the normal redirect.
