I have not been able to fix this. Other priorities turned up so I did not investigate further.
Would love to get back to this when something comes up. Do share here if you managed to fix this.

Noted. Thanks Takayuki for sending me the GitHub link to your code. I learnt a thing or two there.
I previously had named my fields without the ‘your-‘ prefix. I just had to change a few things on my end and it just worked, even the custom attributes.
For me, I didn’t use your code to send the email out. I used SendInBlue’s own automation to send that first email. I wonder what the difference?
