normally thumbnails will load together with wordpress, but in order to achieve faster speed of website, you can use lazy load and then these images will load after page load.
but in my case, sometimes my thumbnails will not show and sometimes they will, can you please help me with that ?

Actually it is, sidebar posts thumbnails are loading through lazy load.
data-original=<thumbnail url> you can check it by yourself

but there is problem with your youtube embed tutorial, I am using ?theme=light&iv_load_policy=3 in youtube iframe – and this wordpress basic embed video – will not doing this job or ??
