In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Locator Tab Not AccessibleYou must post your questions in the forum with your Plugin Environment. This support forum is only for the Base (free ) Plugin and your question is about the ProPack add-on. Your CSV file is not in the correct format, making fonts smaller will not effect upload times, correct formatting, your configuration settings, your server limitations and your PhP settings will effect load times, also you must be running the latest versions. I believe all your questions are being answered in the SLP support forum.
This support forum does not get checked as often since it is supposed to be for just the base Plugin which is working.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Horrid Customer SupportThe order is reflected as just having gone through today, on Feb 24. Still no emails in the support system, I will ask the developer if they went into his email address.
In the meantime if you could post your question in the forum on SLP I can review it in a timely manner.If you look at the forum replies you will see that there are none that are more than a day old and I have answered everyone.

I see a purchase made just today from a Joey with a Victoria email address and see no issues reported in any of the SLP forums about importing CSV files or deleting entries. Please identify where you posted the issue and your name so we can find your email and ensure the “contact us” bot is working correctly.
I have been on the support forums and monitoring the emails as the support person today and see nothing about that particular issue. If you made a purchase of an addon today I am not quite sure how your deadline could be adversely effected already. Perhaps you are confusing us with one of your other plugins? You have not provided enough information to be able to assist you.

You could post in the forum for FREE and questions are answered within two days or less. We have no records from anyone via email or in the forum reporting an issue with deleting an entry, or asking us how to delete their files, Also Janitor is free and can be used to reset any of your entries in an emergency. There is also a FREE demo site where you can try out all the functionality and features for FREE. In order to import via CSV, just like the rest of the locator Plugins that is an add on. You should only be referencing the free base plugin here but if you wish to write to support and tell the author exactly what you had installed and what issues you saw, it would be more useful. With over 10,000 downloads I think the plugin speaks for itself.

If you could provide more detail and post at the StoreLocator PLUS forum that would be appreciated.It is not an accurate statement. Support is not an “up sell” We try to resolve everyone’s issues within the framework of what they already have installed. There are forums, support emails and other forum members who answer questions. We have NEVER said “buy it or good luck” Installations of add-on packs (that you indicated you have if you paid for something) are constantly being upgraded to meet the needs of the clients and take considerable time to develop, and purchasing the add-ons helps keep the product fresh and pays for the developers time and effort. Sometimes a customer wants something that is not part of the basic plug-in nor part of the already developed add-on. The only time I, as part of the support, mention a purchase is when a customer is asking for a feature that exists in an add-on or they need some feature that requires additional customizing. Many customers are developers or designers who are being paid for their efforts. You do not mention where you asked for support or for what and for what reason. There are many different styles to select from when using Store Locator PLUS You can customize the way the locator layout looks by using the ProPack feature.
Please post specific questions if you have the Store Locator Plus plugin installed in the forum on the SLP website.Hi, Unfortunately that is not SLP blocking it. Could you look on the SLP website under Troubleshooting and post the results you find in the Forum?
Check you web server log files and talk to your system admin for assistance on configuring access to WordPress AJAX scripts.
Could you post in the Store Locator Plus forums to post general questions.

I believe your question was answered by the Developer at Store Locator Plus the day after it was reflected as paid in our system and forwarded to the support team. He replied that you needed customization and would need to discuss further details. Since your question was not able to be answered without further discussion,your payment was refunded in full yesterday (on Sunday) it may take 24 hours to be reflected. He is still available to answer additional questions via direct email. Could you please mark this as resolved in this site. P.S. The support questions submitted in this WP forum do not get regularly reviewed since Store Locator Plus has its own forums directly on their site. Thanks
