In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] unable to purchase/add Premier subscription pluginFirst, Have you downloaded the basic plug in ? Are you referring to the WP SLP base plugin and the Premier add-on or are you going to the MYSLP sign up? They are two different platformms.

Now that wp has recently released version wP 5.5.1 people are confused and glomming on . I want to make sure they start a new post since the SLP ver 5.5.1 was immediately resolved with an update. SLP plugin is now on version 5.5.11 Thanks!

You should post in the Store locator Plus Home Page forum where you are asked to follow the posting guidelines and provide plugin environment for SLP. It is a free registration forum. Please do not add to this post since it is months old and is not the same thing you are referring to. This post should be closed as the reported issues from 5 months ago has been resolved with the SLP updates.. A well-written support request makes it easy for people to understand and assist you — saving you (and others) time.
1) Please Start a new post (at the SLP site link above) , do not add to someone else’s post unless you are answering their specific question.
do not list multiple issues in one post unless they are pertaining to one add-on. Example : Import/export issue under Power add-on.
2) Provide versions, including the SLP add-ons you may have. Best method to provide this info is to capture a screenshot , under the Info tab , provide your SLP Plug-in environmentProvide the site url page you are having issues with example: htps://mysite/locator

The posts you are adding your comment to were about the Store Locator Plus plugin version 5.5.1 that was released months ago and since then has been updated multiple times and is now on SLP version 5.5.10
If you are having issues with your word Press site and updates you need to post on the WordPress forum.

One person wrote into our regular forum (it is better to post there , please register and follow the forum guidelines, which includes your versions …it is free), The other person glommed onto someone else’s post so I have no idea what versions of our plug-in she is using. (Ditto with your post, no reference if you are using latest version.)
In her case there were javascript errors but not the same as your:

It seems odd to me that you have been using this plug-in for two years yet never replaced it with another locator plug-in, especially considering you are an expert (assume if you use it every day all day) with using WordPress. It would be nice if you had specified your exact first issue two years ago, or one year ago, or even recently soo we could look at the user experience. Using a plug-in for two years that you are dissatisfied with. You must be extremely patient.
I do not think this review is going to be very helpful for others to assess the purpose and proper use of a plug-in. Users of any locator plug-in needs to also be familiar with the Google APIS. If they are not familiar with the changes to Google Mapping service they should try a different platform, we suggest SLP SAAS as an example or read the documentation

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Pagination in adminAs far as these settings, the developer may have changed it to only show 50 at a time, after having people experience issues with not being able to access it used to be …The default number of locations that will be displayed on the admin user Interface was 10. Selecting a large number to display can be useful to view or manage but if your server capacity cannot handle it or changes and you go back to manage locations months or years later and try to access your locations panel, you may see no locations panel. If you see the wheels churning on your computer with no results this could be the reason. If you are not sure of the capabilities of your server, browser and various other factors that effect memory, and inhibit loading and displaying fields, err on the side of caution and set the Filter Display locations back to a manageable size before leaving the panel. If you are migrating servers from a “heavy duty” server to a less robust server, or if your memory becomes an issue you will need to reset the display to a manageable number. If you do not take this precaution , the only way to reset the display field is by using Janitor. See Troubleshooting for more info.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Missing stores in adminCheck to make sure you do not have spaces or blanks in front of the names. Were your locations added manually one by one? or Did you import them via csv file? Are you clicking on the name and sorting that way?
