Hi @champsupertramp thanks for the reply. Users have 2 or 3 different roles and the priority numbers have already been assigned. There are still many users who continue to to experience access issues.

Hello again, @champsupertramp,

When I updated the priority role #s, it fixed the access issue temporarily, but the problem persists for many users. Any other suggestions as to what could be the cause?

Thank you @champsupertramp! I just updated the priority roles, I hadn’t set them before. Everything seems to working properly on my end now.
