I asked my hosting’s support – the 1st level sent it to senior, and he sent it to supervisor.
Answer
“I have carefully investigated the cause for the issue and it appears to have occurred due to the backend of your application being restricted by the plugin IP Geo Block. I have temporarily deactivated it and the login page of your website is now fully accessible.”I configured the WPSC plugin as you describe on your website – allowed “Late init” in the “advanced” section. I don’t see “Use PHP to serve cache files” anywhere though.
It is working – countries are blocked so the quick rename through ftp isn’t big issue 🙂

I was able to login after deactivating IPGB via ftp and WP Super Cache as well.
Hi,
I’m locked out as well, a homepage shows up after I try to login to backend even though the address in url is /wp-login.php
I tried to
– uploading the ip-geo-block.php above
– renaming the plugin folder through ftp
– renaming the mu folderwhat am I missing?

Gonna test settings if I can make it work. If not, will have to use one of the supported caching plugins 🙂
