Just for the record, the problem was caused by a conflict with another plugin related to CF7 for multi-upload purposes, and disabling that plugin solved the problem.

Sure, but I have no idea how to do an image upload on this forum.

we did bought the pro version and it’s just like we need.
Just a little suggestion, it would be nice to have the ability to force the grid view as default for mobile device.
