Are you using Elementor PRO or a different add-on for editing the header in Elementor? Or are you using the theme’s header?

We haven’t received other reports about this behavior, so it’s very likely caused by a conflict with another plugin, browser extension, or site-specific setup.

Does it help if you deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme?

Please update the theme to the latest version. We added new options where you can change the font size for each device:
https://jmp.sh/j18VFiU2As for the issue with horizontal mode, I think you can modify that easily in Elementor and set a fixed height to that section, or make the title font size smaller on tablet/mobile.

Like many of you, I loved the Sinatra theme and was disappointed when it was abandoned, breaking the demo library and leaving users without updates.
I’ve forked the theme and continued its development under a new name: Prisma Core (with a companion plugin called Prisma Companion).
What’s included:
- Full rebrand and codebase cleanup based on Sinatra v1.3
- Restored and working demo library
- Replaced all dead sinatrawp.com API endpoints
- Automatic migration — if you’re currently running Sinatra, simply install and activate Prisma Core. Your Customizer settings, menus, and widgets will be transferred automatically in the background. No manual work needed.
- Bug fixes and compatibility improvements
- Updated WooCommerce Templates

From what I see, you have a spacer widget above the Elevated Spaces heading. Maybe you want to remove it?

You’re using the Premium version, so it’s best to contact us (WPZOOM) directly.
I checked your website, and your theme is outdated. Such an issue is not occurring in the latest version of the Premium theme you use. I also see that you asked for a refund for your latest renewal, so it’s better to renew your theme license and then update it to the latest version.
