I must say I was quite pleased with the way Elementor handled a refund situation for me. I had a PayPal automatic Payment activated for my Expert License which I forgot to cancel. I knew my license was going to expire, so I purchased the Plus Plan since I’m using Elementor for 2 of my websites, forgetting completely about the Automatic Payment.
In the Expiration Day, PayPal initiated the payment and I was not around the phone so that I can cancel it in a timely manner, so the payment got completed. In this way I ended up with 2 licenses, but Elementor Billing Team reviewed my case and in maximum 3 days I got my moneys back. I’m sure my situation it is a bit different since I did not stop using their services completely, however, they could have forced me to keep the more expensive Plan or to offer me something like 2 years of membership instead of moneys back, however they were nice enough to understand that this was a mistake.- This reply was modified 5 years, 6 months ago by ciungum.
