Did you use custom categories (of pods) or the default categories (of the normal posts) in your test?
Because I created a custom category taxonomy with pods and tried to use them.
The “expiration_log” field of the post says:
{"type":"category-add","scheduled_for":"2022-08-22 14:18:00","taxonomy":"category","terms":[64],"email_enabled":false,"expired_on":"2022-08-22 14:18:04"}The part “taxonomy”:”category” is interesting. So maybe the plugin tries to add a normal (default) category to the post and not the custom one?
I just testet to set the taxonomy of the related post type in the content type (Inhaltstypen) options of PublishPress to the default category. Then it works for me as well. But this is no option in the production setup, because the normal categories should be reserved for normal posts.
