I wish I could say yes but since I didn’t hear back from anyone on the support forum I switched plugins and had an IT friend configure for me. He did mention that there was a bug in the theme I’m using (flex professional) but I have no idea what that bug is.
Sorry I couldn’t help more. I’m learning as I go along.
