Thank you for that information!

I’ve come across an interesting new issue while I was testing for conflicts; disabling the Custom Sidebars plugin does not seem to disable the functionality of the plugin (as in, the site is entirely unchanged, as is the load-time profile from Plugin Performance Profiler). Is this something I should be concerned about?

Certainly! The site in question is atlas.colorado.edu. Caching is currently enabled through WP Super Cache, so it might not be incredibly apparent.

Is there a list of plugins that are known to conflict with this one?
