In reply to: [Album and Image Gallery Plus Lightbox] Pagination Not Workingomniafausta,
An alternative is the FooGallery plugin. They even have a companion migrator plugin that you can use to migrate your existing galleries and not have to recreate them. They offer awesome support too, if you need help.

In reply to: [WPC Order Tip for WooCommerce] PHP Fatal errorHi Janilyn,
It’s been over a month since your response. Have the developers figured out a solution?
Thanks
Nigel,
We have submitted the support request.
Thank you
Hi Nigel,
Thanks for the response. We went through your checks. Here are the results:
- Browser Console – The only error was related to a different plugin, BUT disabling that plugin made no difference.
- Theme Conflict – We tried with a default theme, but this didn’t fix the issue.
- Plugin Conflict – We disabled ALL plugins except Feeds for YouTube, but this didn’t fix the issue.
- Cache -We cleared the site cache, server cache, and browser cache, but this didn’t fix the issue.
- Plugin version – All plugins are up-to-date (including Feeds for YouTube 2.6.5), so is the theme, and the PHP version is 8.3.
Specifically for the frontend:
Scrolling to the feed area did not show errors related to Feeds for You Tube. The only error, as mentioned above, was related to a Spotify podcast plugin, which also shows a feed, but disabling that plugin did not help. We’ve always had both feeds (Spotify and YouTube) on the page with no issue.
As for sharing the specific website page, we’d rather not do that here publicly. Is there some other way?
Thank you
Hi Thomas,
Good to hear back from you.
I have also been trying different things, but the only way to get the PMS frontend login page to work is if I deactivate the hidden login url. Otherwise, the PMS Login page continues to show the following:
Not Found
The requested URL /login/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at Port 443

Thank you for continuing to test.
Hi Thomas,
It’s been over a week since my last response and I have not heard back re: this unresolved issue.
Were you able to reproduce the issue on your end and run some tests?
Thank you
Hi Thomas,
Sadly, frontend login for PMS does not work unless I deactivate the hidden login url and use the default login url ending in wp-login.php.
If you wish to reproduce the issue on your end, the security in use is Shield. The “Hide WP Login & Admin” is located under Security Zones > Login.
Thank you
Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the response. I think the issue is hook related, then. I will provide more details.
The security feature allows for the WordPress login url wp-login.php to be hidden and for another login url to be used in its place. There’s no change to the file and it’s not blocked using .htaccess rules. Rather, it’s simply not loaded using the standard WordPress login url wp-login.php. Instead, the url that was designated as the new/hidden login is loaded by hooking into wherever WordPress normally loads wp-login.php.
For example:
Default login — https://www.example.com/wp-login.php
New/Hidden login — https://www.example.com/myprivatelogin
If someone tries to access the default login url ending in wp-login.php, they get a β404 Not Foundβ page, making it seem like the url does not exist, but it’s just hidden. This is what’s happening with PMS frontend login — it returns a β404 Not Foundβ because wp-login.php is hidden.
Where do we go from here — any possible workarounds?
Thank you
Hi Nayeem,
Yes, everything is up-to-date on my websites. I even made sure I meet all PHP requirements, etc. I also made sure that I have no plugin or theme conflicts.
What do you advise now?
Thanks
Hi Nayeem,
Thanks for the response; however, as I already explained, I have been using EA for years and I have many flip boxes being used on various websites. The problem is that there are no front/back tabs for me to select in order to edit both sides. Instead, there are only front side options.
If you check the screenshot (here is the temporary image link — https://limewire.com/d/F5nH5#GJU1N6yPHa ), you will see no front/back tabs, only front side editing options.
I have already tried troubleshooting — disabled all plugins, cleared caches, cleared css, regenerated, assets, etc — but the problem remains on all of my websites.
What do you advise now?
Thanks
Hello,
We sent a response to your email along with a screenshot so you can see what we are talking about when the broken images come up. It is completely random what shows and what does not show each time we try to pin images from a post, but it is possible to pin broken images, so they are not being blocked as you showed in your screenshot.
All we can say for certain is that when we disable the Tasty Pins plugin, we no longer have broken images when we try to share on Pinterest, so that is how we know there is a conflict between the Sassy Social Share plugin and the Tasty Pins plugin.
Thank you.
– MHello,
Yes, we do have Sassy Social Share plugin enabled on the website. Where can I send you private details so you can investigate further?
Thanks,
MKetan,
Seems the caption is back today. Thanks for all of your help. π

Ketan,
By the way, since updating to version 1.6 of the plugin, I no longer see captions under images when I click to view an album. I rechecked my shortcode to be sure I have show_caption=”true” and it is there, but no captions show.
– M
Ketan,
Thank you for explaining. I was hoping that this would not be the case, but since it works as auto scroll with URL hash parameter, I will have to create separate pages instead of putting multiple shortcodes on one page.
