What I learnt?
Fields use to calculate shipping: County, City (not mandatory if it’s missing doesn’t show any fee), Street (optional number), Postal Code (it’s not used, but when I disabled it the plugin doesn’t show any fee).
If delivery address it’s a small village less known by Google, County and City (Village name) will be enough to calculate distance fee, because Google Maps doesn’t know house’s numbers from that place.Forum: Plugins

With checkout field editor plugin.
Only when I turned on this kind of plugin, the distance fee know some-how how to calculate the distance.
It work with custom checkout field.
Street (default woocommerce) it’s the shipping address where will be calculated the tax for shipping.Best regards!

Yes I saved them few times. That isn’t the problem.
One question that maybe can help: How the plugin indentify the address fields (city, street and number) to calculate the distance between shop’s address and shipping address?
