I confirm the same issue for me.
It started when I upgraded UM to Version 2.2.2. I tested and it also affects the UM version 2.2.1.
I had to roll back to to Version 2.2.0 in order for unregistered users to see the correct page title. Please advise.

I confirm that it looks like with the version 2.0.6 the problem has been fixed for the admins. However, although the conditional menu have been kept, I had to re-select all the user roles able to access the menu items visible to logged in users.
Thank you
Hi there,
I upgraded to 2.0.6 in a local instance and it seems the conditional menus are working properly now. I will update in prod environment as soon as possible and get back to you. Thanks
I had to downgrade UM to the version 1.3.88. Please fix the conditional logic. Thanks
It seems like the problem only affects the admins. I tested out with Chrome, IE and Firefox with the same result: when admins are logged in, they can also see the menu items which should be only visible to unregistered users.
