Bad news 1: I don’t have a key from the old site.
Bad news 2: There is no debug.zip. The only message in log is:

Hi @tonyrobins,

we moved the page to another provider. It’s now: ispone-business.de.
After the restore failed (see log above) I’m not able to log in again. So I can’t send you the debug.zip!
