I deactivated all the plugins, got no 404 error, then reactivated one by one: still no 404 error. Finally added original draft, with hyperlinks, categories, etc., saving the draft between each change, and finally publishing. No problem.

I don’t know where the 404 error was coming from, but it’s working now.
