Thanks for the super quick feedback! I’m using Sendgrid as SMTP.
I actually just found one issue: my [email protected] was bouncing. I discovered that into my Sendgrid activity feed where I could saw why the email was not delivered.
I also realized that, while I was using a new domain, I used the same parent account as my other company. This led to sharing the unsubscribes status of user. I’ll go ahead and create a dedicated subuser within sendgrid instead of using the same account.
For the [email protected] address I’m still investigating, as the Sendgrid activity feed shows the email was delivered…
